Do this: look people in the eye.

I mean it, it's harder than it seems. Think of the last time you met a stranger's gaze. I'll bet both of you looked away like you were doing something wrong. It's not. It's something that society dictates and I don't like it, so I want to change it. Try it. The next time you meet someone's eyes, don't look away. See what happens. And then tell me.
